Ashton Reid, CFA

Ashton is a Portfolio Manager on the Australian Property Securities, Australian Real Income and Global Real Income strategies at ClearBridge Investments.

He joined the firm in 1997 and has 33 years of investment industry experience.

Ashton was a Portfolio Manager at Martin Currie, which became part of ClearBridge in 2025. Prior to this, he was a Research Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney; a Performance Analyst at Prudential Portfolio Managers and held a Portfolio Management Support role at National Australia Asset Management.

Ashton received a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University. He is also a member of the CFA Institute, CPA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
